So, you want to build a website?
If your goal is to generate leads and or sales, then please do not make the same mistake a lot of small business owners make. The most common mistake they make is in focusing on the colors, logo, design layout and the general look of the site first.
If we are to build an effective website for you, it is much more important that we get your core messaging right first. “Core messaging” includes such things as:
- The problem you solve
- The product or service you offer
- Why anyone should care
- What specifically you want visitors to do when they land on your home page
- Why they should do it
These need to be described in as few words as possible. It is amazing how many websites do not do this. Don’t let your website be one of them.
