What is RankBrain?

Summary:

The most important factor in determining how a website rank is a combination of click-through rates along with whether the searcher finds what they are looking for. Historically this was often measured and understood by CTR and bounce rates.  RankBrain is simply the name Google has given their technology that goes much deeper in making these determinations.

There is nothing new here. The more people (compared to your competition) that click on your website’s search results and if more of those people find what they are looking for and stop searching, the more your website will tend to rise to the top.
