If you have some experience creating and leveraging social media accounts, that will be an advantage, however, being able to write well is the most important skill needed for this role.

Being Able to Write Well Is the Most Important Prerequisite for This Position

Your writing must be interesting! You’ll be asked to engage with various niche markets and learn all about digital marketing and our client’s businesses. You’ll get to interview experts in their industry, find what’s fascinating about what they do, and communicate that information in an insightful and understandable way to potential customers. A high level of creativity is needed.

Can You Use Technology?

You must be computer savvy. Being able to turn your computer on does not count.

You need to be able to do research online, problem-solving with various websites, applications, and software that you may initially be unfamiliar with.

Communication

This job is not a sales job, however, the ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone and maintain and develop working relationships will be critical – If you are afraid of or like to avoid using the phone, this role will not be right for you.

Project Management

At any one time, you will have multiple projects on the go. You’ll have to be able to keep track of where you are with each one and drive each project over time.

Behind the Wheel

You will be provided great core training, however, it will your job to figure out which social media platform(s) are most relevant to any specific client’s market.  Your job will be to figure out and test how to best develop those platforms for that client to help them grow their businesses.

Fun, Creative and Flexible

This is a creative and fun job. While it is a full-time position, you can set your own hours. If you prefer to work in the evening, on weekends and have time off during the week, you can. We provide training however, once you get the basics weighed off, you can figure out the smartest way to get things done. You’ll work as part of a talented team and be able to see the results of your work in terms of how it benefits others.
