The Company:
Holistic Web Presence is a digital marketing company with an emphasis on SEO and Lead Producing Strategies. We are known for advising small businesses on where their digital marketing time is best spent and using SEO techniques to increase leads generated for their business. This also means we educate ourselves on new techniques & strategies, so our clients don’t have to worry about it. We don’t do SEO to do SEO, we do whatever it takes to get our clients results.
We believe websites and a small business’ digital presence should be game-changers in their overall marketing strategy.
The Position:
We’re looking for a Client Manager and Digital Strategist. This position would be for a full-time, entry-level position.
We offer training on SEO techniques and coaching to develop your client interaction and project management skills. Post-training, earnings reflect revenue received from accounts managed.
Requirements:
- Computer Skills
- This skill should be equivalent to being able to comfortably work on a PC or a Mac—and understanding how to use Google, Microsoft Office, problem solve online and learn third-party applications or software you are unfamiliar with.
- Client Communication Skills
- Willing to have one on one conversations with clients, WITHOUT a boss present—even if talking about uncomfortable topics
- Ability to relate and understand clients, while still holding an opposite opinion
- Maintain and develop a relationship with clients
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Proactivity/ Innovation
- You want to find ways to be better! You want to suggest things to the client and the company. It is exciting to feel one step ahead of the game.
- Project Management
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once—ESPECIALLY if you aren’t the one performing the task
- Problem-solver
- Do you get a rush from finally figuring something out?
- Daily access to decent internet
- Utah resident
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and blogging
- Previous Customer Representative and or service experience
- Social Media Management/Strategy experience
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities:
- Your biggest responsibility is to communicate with a client to effectively manage their digital marketing strategy. Essentially, you’ll want to try to understand their needs and wants, and balance that with the right projects that will bring their company leads.
- You will need to execute on various projects as well as manage other people working with you on projects. This could be with Holistic’s own staff or the client’s staff.
The Location:
Holistic Web Presence is based in the SLC, UT area. Individual’s home state must also be Utah. Initial training may require onsite training in Utah County. You get to work from the comfort of your home, or really anywhere you please!
